While living abroad, Hannah (She/Her/Hers) earned her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences from the University of Central Lancashire. She then went on become a Certified Health Coach from the University of Cumbria. She previously worked within substance misuse and in the community as a Health and Wellbeing coach, focusing on clients with mental health conditions.
Hannah believes building relationships through unconditional positive regard is the basis of working together to understand and reduce barriers to achieve each client’s individual goals. She is currently working as a Life Skills Specialist on the Ranch, working with individuals and groups to encourage clients to maximize their potential life skills such as healthy habits, managing personal space, healthy media use, along with education, employment, and money and time management skills.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys live music, reading, the outdoors, travel and spending time with her loved ones.
