Zach Carter

Zach is our Operations Director. His role on the Operations team is to keep systems running and maintain all of Fulshear’s processes and organization. He came to Fulshear looking for experience in the mental health field and carrying a passion for helping others. Other passions of his include creating safety, organization, improving systems, and visual design.

Zach was born and raised in Houston but loves to travel away from the city to see some nature, torn between city and country boy. Some of his favorite things to do outside of work are to go camping, hiking, to try new foods, visit museums, watch anime, and play video games.
