Betty Ann Rutherford

Transitions Director

Betty Ann began her career in the Navy assigned to an air squadron in South Texas. She ended her tour processing struggling sailors into treatment programs. Betty Ann has worked in special education, advocacy with survivors of domestic violence and grief and loss recovery.

Working with our ladies at Fulshear is heart breaking, heart warming, demanding, encouraging, challenging, and inspiring all at the same time. Helping women get through isn’t enough, we want them to get through healthy, strong and influential. It is rewarding, humbling, and life-changing work for them, and for us! We have the greatest job in the world!

A teacher at heart, Betty Ann is passionate about helping our ladies discover their full potential while encouraging them and their families to recover and heal. Betty Ann loves spending time with her family, being outdoors, country western music and dancing, rodeos and all things Texas.
